My product area wasn’t familiar with having a dedicated Content Designer, so I ran a workshop to show them how to work more effectively with one.

Using Figjam, I began the workshop with an exercise that required the team, which consisted of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers, to share their thoughts on Content Design, what Content Designers do, and how they currently work with Content Designers.

Following the workshop activity, I presented what Content Design is, what a Content Designer does and the ideal process.

Then, it was essential to show how we could collaborate in each part of the Product development and Design process.

It was also essential to provide examples of a Content Design deliverable and how it contributed to a recent product experience to highlight the importance of my process.
